Forgot Password

On the Studio:

  1. At the log-in screen, tap Trouble Logging In?
  2. Enter your Flexia user name and tap Send Reset Link.
  3. Check the email you used to set up your Flexia account. A reset code should arrive within a few minutes.
    1. If the code doesn't arrive after a few minutes, check your spam/junk mail folder.
  4. A new page will open where you can enter your new password.
  5. Confirm that your password has been updated.
  6. Your account should be logged in on Flexia automatically at the end of this process.
