Flexia offers classes perfect for beginners. We call these Foundation.
We've all been a beginner at some point and know the importance of feeling empowered, not defeated.
This class helps build a solid foundation for movement and understanding of Pilates.
Foundation classes are ideal if you're brand new to Pilates or wanting to brush up on your fundamental skills. Now, these are definitely not boring or slow. Every Foundation class varies in intensity so you can still get a sweat dripping or restorative workout depending on what your body craves.
