My tablet or iPad won't connect to my reformer after my laptop connected.

Troubleshoot switching between connected devices.

When your reformer is not in use, it should automatically switch between your devices. The Flexia Reformer cannot connect to two devices simultaneously, but you can switch between devices.  
 
However if you find, that your phone, tablet, or iPad won't connect to the reformer, please trouble with the following 2 steps:
  1. Close any browser tabs open to the Flexia Studio on your laptop.
  2. Reboot your reformer by power cycling it
    • Unplug and replug the reformer.
    • The reformer takes about 90 seconds to reboot.
 
Then use your secondary device to start a class and connect to the reformer.
