My Reformer Won't Connect to my Wifi

Before reaching out to Customer Support, please try the solutions below.

The first solution to try is to see if your reformer has connected without us seeing. Sometimes the reformer connection is so fast that the setup wizard does not catch that the reformer has connected to the internet.

Solution 1: Make your reformer your preferred reformer

Click on the circle located on the top right side of the studio page.

Click on the "Make Preferred" button next to your reformer.

If your reformer is not listed under "Discovered Reformers" please try solution 2. If you have completed both solutions please send the Mac address of your reformer to hello@flexiapilates.com. Your reformers Mac address is located on a black box under your reformers carriage.

Your reformer should now appear in the "My Preferred Reformer" section.

Your reformer is now connected; to confirm, click on the Collections tab at the top, then click Feature Sensor Enabled Classes. Choose a class and verify in the bottom right-hand corner it says "connected".

Solution 2: Reset and Restart

The second solution we want to try, is to reset and retry the setup. There is a particular timed event that takes place for the reformer to complete a full shutdown and reboot, so give this a try and see how it responds.

Reset/Restart

1) Disconnect power from the reformer. This can be from the wall and does not need to be the connector on the reformer itself. Let this rest for 90 seconds before plugging it back in.

2) Wait a full 2 minutes before attempting to connect via laptop.

3) Follow the steps from the sensor setup document.

4) Revisit solution 1 to see if your reformer is connected.

If you're still not sure if your sensor is connected to wifi or the online studio, email hello@flexiaplates.com with the Mac address of your reformer. This is printed on a black box under your reformers carriage. Also helpful is the type of device you're using to connect to the online studio and the make and model of your home router. This information helps expedite our tech support team's investigation.
