How is Flexia™ shipped?

We ship in multiple boxes so one person can receive and assemble the reformer.

How is Flexia shipped?

Transit Time: It takes about 10-12 business days from the time it ships to arrive at your local SEKO distribution center (within the Continental USA) or our 3rd-party installation partner. Please be patient, delays can happen due to weather, or local distribution center delays.


STANDARD SHIPPING

The Flexia™ Reformer is packed and shipped in two rectangle boxes and one long box from our warehouse through our third-party shipping partner. The jumpboard is nested inside one of those boxes and all three will arrive together.

Our shipping partner will call the phone number on your order to schedule your delivery. Our shipping partner can hold your reformer for up to 30 days. After that time, it is returned to our warehouse. 

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

The Flexia™ Reformer is packed and shipped in two rectangle boxes and one long box from our warehouse to our third party installation technician. Once the reformer has been delivered to the installation technician in your area, the technician will contact you directly via text message and email to setup a two-hour window of your choice. This window is the expected time to assemble your reformer in the room of your choice. Please be sure you are available and in your home during the selected time of installation. If the technician arrives and you are not present, there will be an additional charge to reschedule your appointment.
