How is Flexia Reformer shipped?

We ship in multiple boxes so one person can receive and assemble the reformer.

How is the Flexia Reformer shipped?

STANDARD SHIPPING

The Flexia Smart Reformer is packed and shipped in 2 boxes. The Flexia Smart Reformer + All-In Bundle is packed and shipped in 5 boxes. Both are shipped via UPS. 

Once your reformer has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. No appointments needed for delivery. 

IN-HOME ASSEMBLY

The Flexia Smart Reformer and Flexia Smart Reformer + All-In Bundle are packed and shipped from our warehouse to your home, where it will await assembly from our installation technician.  You are responsible for collecting the packages from your porch and bringing them inside your home.  After delivery, our installation technician will contact you directly via, phone, text message, or email within 1-3 business days to set up a two-hour window for assembly. This window is the expected time to move and assemble your reformer in the room of your choice.  Please be sure you are available and in your home during the selected time of installation. If the technician arrives and you are not present, there will be an additional charge to reschedule your appointment. 

Extra fees apply for the technician to carry your reformer boxes up steps. Some service locations require additional fees for technician travel.  Please reach out to hello@flexiapilates.com for an address-specific quote.
