Yes, the Flexia™ Reformer comes with an adjustable headrest. Easily adjust while laying down on your reformer by placing your hand at the top edge of the headrest and sliding your fingers down toward your neck. You will often hear a light clicking sound as it locks into place. To lay it flat, simply swipe your hand in the other direction.
