Do the Flexia™ springs have different levels of resistance?
The Flexia™ Reformer comes with 5 springs. These springs are color coded to represent different levels of tension. Please see the chart below to see what the different colors of the springs mean.
Think of it like percentages:
One -- Black 125%
Two -- Blue 100%
One -- Orange 50%
One -- White 25%
You receive one black, two blues, one orange, and one white spring. In the future, you will be able to custom order your springs but we believe this is the best starting point and is a high precision spring set.
