What do the red and green lights mean on the sensor?

Currently, red and green lights don't mean your sensor is connected or disconnected.

Red and green lights on the sensor unit don't signal a connection or not to the online studio or wifi. If you're struggling to connect your sensor, please email hello@flexiapilates.com after you've tried to reset/restart

Let us know the device, operating system, and web browser you're using to connect your device.
