How To Know My Sensor is Connected

How To Know My Sensor is Connected

You've connected your sensor to your wifi network but aren't sure how to verify its connection.

If you’re not sure how to check if your sensor is connected to the online studio there are two places you can check.

Option 1:

  • Log-in to your Online Studio account
  • Click the Photo Icon in the top right-hand corner
  • Click My Reformer
  • Check that there is a Preferred Reformer, and that the status is "connected"
  • If no Preferred Reformer exists, choose one from the list below.

Option 2:

  • Log-in to your Online Studio account
  • Go to the Collections option at the top of the studio menus
  • Click: Feature Sensor Enabled Classes
  • Choose a Feature Sensor Enabled Class. We recommend Total Arms
  • Once you’ve started the class, check the bottom right-hand corner for “connected”
