How Do I Cancel or Pause My Subscription?
You can cancel or pause your Online Studio subscription at any time.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelation does not refund yearly or monthly subscription fees. The cancelation will take place at the end of your current term.
Pausing your subscription does not pause the subscription period; it pauses your next billing.
Example: If you have a monthly subscription that renews on the 18th of each month and you cancel or pause your subscription on the 10th, you will have access until the 18th. You will not be charged again until you unpause your subscription.
 | Once you log in to the Online Studio, click on the profile circle icon in the top right corner of the page next to the magnifying glass. |
 | A menu will pop up; select "My Subscription". |
 | The Subscription page will load. Click on the "Manage Subscription" button. |
 | The "Manage Subscription" window will appear. It will show your current subscription in a white box. Click on the arrow inside the subscription box. |
 | The "Subscription Details" page will load. From this page, you can (A)-Cancel or (B)-Pause your subscription. |
5A Cancelation Process:
 | The final "Cancel Subscription" will load. In the feedback box, please provide feedback on why the Flexia Online Studio did not meet your needs. |
 | Click on the "Confirm Cancelation" button to complete your cancelation. |
