Do you have to use the Online Studio?
We do not recommend pairing the Flexia reformer with other online platforms or performing movements that a Flexia instructor has not explicitly taught.
The Flexia Reformer is engineered and independently rated for safety. Our equipment is designed to be used in tandem with our Flexia Online Studio, and our online classes are specifically designed to fit your Flexia reformer. Our instructors will only ask you to use our equipment in ways intended for our machine. For these reasons, we do not recommend pairing the Flexia reformer with other online platforms or performing movements that a Flexia instructor has not explicitly taught.
