Do you offer financing?

The monthly payment plan we use for Flexia™ is through our billing partner Klarna. You can read more about our Klarna financing HERE.

Note: Please do not attempt to get an approval on Klarna's website or app separately first. Doing so may cause problems with the normal checkout process laid out below.

To purchase, you will need to apply through a simple, 2-step application that will provide an instant approval decision. Please note:

  • Monthly charges for financing will not include your Flexia™ Membership. This is charged separately once you’ve received your Flexia™ Reformer.
  • Due to state regulations, closed end loans such as Klarna Financing may not be available. If your transaction is declined, we suggest reading more here. A rejection does not negatively impact your credit score.

  3. On the Payment info screen, choose "Klarna" as your payment method.

Common Klarna Inquires:

1. If you have placed a freeze on your credit score, Klarna will be unable to offer you a financing plan. You will need to unfreeze your credit with the relevant credit bureau. If you attempted checkout and forgot to unfreeze your credit score beforehand, unlock your credit score and Klarna will update your eligible status in 5-10 business days.

2. Even with excellent credit, Klarna may not offer you our 0% APR option. For details, please contact a Klarna customer service agent. However, please note that they may not be able to provide you with any additional insight beyond “your credit eligibility is determined by the automated system.”

3. If you are unable to checkout using Klarna we do offer alternative financing options, which you can read about here
